AMA Animal Rescue requires certain documentation to be submitted before we can process your adoption application.
Please make sure you have the following documents ready to submit when starting your application:
- Proof of employment (W2, recent paystubs, letter from HR)
- Two forms of ID (Passport, driver's license/permit, birth certificate, military ID, non-drivers ID)
- Two proofs of address (utility bills, cell phone bill, credit card, bank statements, medical bill)

At AMA Animal Rescue, we understand and respect the importance of privacy, especially following the COVID-19 pandemic. In an effort to be accommodating while still ensuring the best possible placements for our animals, we offer the option of a virtual home inspection via FaceTime rather than an in-person visit.
During the virtual inspection, we kindly ask that you be prepared to show all areas of your home, including all living spaces, the backyard, basement, and garage if applicable.
We appreciate your cooperation and understanding, and we are grateful for your willingness to help us ensure a safe and suitable environment for our rescued animals. Thank you for opening home and heart to adoption.
