Cookie was surrendered to us by his owners due to severe allergies that the family was having. This little love bug has now been adopted and loves his new family who will never ever give up on him!  Cookie is the sweetest little Chihuahua, who is great with people and other dogs. He loves long walks and cuddles with his sister and his family LOVES him. <3
