Phoebe is one out of 5 puppies from a mom dog named Chloe. Chloe was placed with that foster family from the moment she was rescued and she stayed with the family from the day she gave birth until the five puppies were big enough to adopt. However, the foster family wasn't ready to let go that easily, and so they decided to adopt one of the puppies which happens to be Phoebe.  We are so happy that Phoebe is with the family where she was birthed. What a sweet happy ending!
